چکیده

Dairy product quality monitoring begins at the farm and ends in hands of consumer. Raw milk must also meet other standards; it should be free drug residues, added water sediment, contaminants abnormalities. In our researches, is taken somatic cells count, number bacteria Aflatoxins as indicators raw from Ov?e Pole region period January-June, 2018. For needs this research, an analysis was made 1320 samples for presence milk, determination cell count 478 well identification quantification aflatoxin M1 60 samples.  The results study indicated acceptable 95.5 % while 2 amount above limits with highest 0.58 mg/kg milk. According to European standards, biggest part (89.55 %), does not standard. From analyzes by producers that were subject can concluded they do adhere good agricultural practice, level contamination high due poor hygiene, improper handling after milking insufficient education farmers hygiene primary production.

Bulk tank milk somatic cell count and sources of raw milk contamination with mastitis pathogens

The objective of this study was to probe the relationship between prevalence of selected principal mastitis pathogens and somatic cell counts in bulk tank milk samples. The sources of milk contamination were evaluated. The samples were collected from 298 dairy herds (with approximately 32 000 dairy cows). Only 48.3% of the bulk tank milk samples were free of contamination of pathogens of intere...

Association of TG-repeats in the 5’-flanking region of bovine growth hormone receptor (GHR) gene with milk production traits and somatic cell count in Holstein cattle

The growth hormone receptor (GHR) is a member of cytokine/hematopoietin family that mediates the biological actions of growth hormone (GH) on target tissues. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the association of TG-repeat polymorphisms in the 5’-flanking region of bovine GHR gene with milk production traits and somatic cell score (SCS) in Holstein cattle of Iran. The part of 5’...

Seasonal variation of aflatoxin M1 in raw milk from the Yangtze River Delta region of China

The objective of this study was to evaluate the occurrence of aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in raw milk samples from 18 dairy farms in the Yangtze River Delta region during four different seasons. A total of 72 tank milk samples was collected with 18 samples for each season. Milk AFM1 was detected using LC-MS/MS. The AFM1 was detected in 43 milk samples (59.7%) ranging in concentration from 10 to 420 ng/...

Interaction of somatic cell count and quarter milk flow patterns.

Milk flow parameters at udder and quarter levels were studied in relation to somatic cell count (SCC) and other risk factors for mastitis (bimodality, duration of decline, and duration of overmilking phase). Thirty-eight Holstein cows in their first to sixth lactations were investigated during 10 mo of lactation. Monthly milk samples were collected for SCC during morning milking. Quarter and ud...
